Do you ever find yourself feeling low energy, unhappy, overwhelmed or depressed about your business and the effort to be successful? If so, you’ve been spending too much time looking at what’s wrong- rather than looking at what’s right. A great way to shift the focus comes from a process of Appreciative Inquiry, as described by Kurt Wright in his book, "Breaking the Rules". In this book, he offers a 5 Question framework that, when applied, can help shift you into a more appreciative mindset. The first question, "What’s working?" invites you to start paying attention to the good in your life. Today, I invite you to make a "What’s working?" list, and get to at least 50 things that are working in your life.
