One of the best ways to grow your business is to take all your marketing and sales actions from a place of happy anticipation. This might sound strange, but I have seen- the happier I am, the more successful I become. Same for my clients…and probably the same for you, too. Sales and marketing actions taken from a mindset of happy anticipation always perform better than those taken from a place of fear, avoidance, procrastination or dread. I attribute this principle to the idea that when you’re happy, you’re in a place to receive even more good things. So if you want more success in 2005, take the (seemingly indirect) path of focusing on your own happiness. You’re likely to find that being happy brings you even more business success.
