Ask your best customers what they like about your marketing- after all, you want to attract more people like them, right? Ask if you can spend 10-15 minutes on the phone asking how your business can better serve them. In this time, find out how often they read your newsletter, or your blog, or think about referring you to others. Asking questions like this can give you great insight on how to freshen up your marketing and infuse new energy into your business.
