Well, the holiday season has hit- full force. I’m running around with a lot to do, and not much time to get it all done. I’m wondering if it’s the same for you? Here are a few tips to be more efficient, both in your business & in your life: Don’t multitask. Research shows that you can lose as much as 15% of your productivity switching too frequently from task to task. Instead, prioritize and work in larger chunks of time, where possible. Do the most important things first- this will give you maximum return for your time investment. Keep a sense of perspective. When we dread tasks, we always feel that they will take much more time than they truly might. Instead, see where you can break down the dreaded tasks into smaller steps, and then dive right in.
