Here are a few tips to keep refund requests from spiraling out of control: Provide quality products. This, of course, is very basic. Refund requests come from customer dissatisfaction. If the customer is happy, they aren’t likely to request a refund. Start by providing excellent products at a thoughtful price. Step two: Create a customer support system. This means, essentially, that you provide information, examples, and assistance to help people use your product most effectively.
