Start small. If you are experimenting with different working hours, for example, try working the new schedule for one day a week, then two, then three, and so on. While it can be tempting to rush through change, that rarely is the best strategy. Also, remember that what feels like a risk to you may or may not be seen as a risk by someone else. That’s ok.
