One of the best strategies for working with your clients is to create a definable process or program that solves at least one of your client’s biggest problems. Think about what it is you do with your clients- what systematic approach do you take to helping them solve their problems. Jot down all the steps, from the beginning, and then decide how these can be combined into a 4, 5, or 6 step program. Figure out how long it will take to move through these steps, name the program or process, and start using this as one of your marketing tools. Clients- especially new ones- like to know that you have a defined process/approach, and they also like to know how long it will take before they see results. By creating a program, you address both of these concerns and lower the barrier to new clients entering your business.
