More Results From The Same Visitors
What if you could generate an increase in email subscribers and client inquiries from some simple changes to your website? You could make more money from the website visitors you already have. This is the basis for conversion rate optimization- the idea that small changes can stack together and create better results from your existing online presence.
What is CRO?
Conversion rate optimization (or CRO, as it’s called for short), is the process of setting up lead generation pages (such as landing pages and specific website pages) and tracking their results- in terms of conversion rate.
Conversion rate is defined by how many people take the action you want them to take.
Every day, hundreds of studies are published about the best colors for your website, the best text for your call to action buttons, how to keep visitors on your site longer- and so on. The problem with this tremendous amount of information is three-fold.
First, who has time to read each and every new study and change their website everyday? I’m sure there are some people who do that, but not those who have a primary passion that lies elsewhere. Finding time to wade through the research is one problem.
The second problem is that every single one of these research studies ends with a disclaimer that says, “your results may differ, be sure to test on your own audience.” That leaves you with a good idea, but one you can’t guarantee will work for your site.
The third problem is that even if you set up these tests yourself, there is no guarantee you’re setting them up correctly. This means you may end up using faulty data to drive important business decisions.
The better approach is to work with someone, like me, who can set up reasonable tests for you- on your website, with your traffic- so you end up with results that are 100% customized and relevant to you.
I’ve been working online since 1998. I have built three multi-sixfigure businesses from the internet and have helped hundreds of clients do the same.
I met with Rachna for an hour and she gave me some quick and specific coaching on making my website more effective. As soon as I got off of the phone, I made the changes that she suggested – it took me about 30 minutes. In the 3 weeks before making those changes, we only had 2 clients come from online. In the two weeks since making those changes, we have had 10 clients from finding us online! And the beauty of this is that those changes will continue to increase our online presence. With 30 minutes of work! I cannot say enough about Rachna’s coaching. It’s simple: if you want more clients, you should work with Rachna.Kristi Shymr
Thank you so much for meeting with me last year for an optimization and SEO consultation. I made the changes you suggested, and now I’m consistently on the first page of Google for my chosen keywords. My visitors are turning into clients! My business has never been better, and each year gets better than the last. What you told me to do really worked!Sarah Cook Ruggera
If you would like to increase the number of qualified leads and the amount of revenue you are generating from your website, conversion rate optimization might be just what you need.
There are many ways to improve the conversion rate of your website, including through copy changes, placement and layout changes, color changes, and sequencing changes.
Which methods create results depends on your specific website and target audience. However, there are some key principles which are starting points for all websites. We would start there and then customize as we got data and results for your specific website and your custom audience.
I look forward to helping you!
