Another element of leverage creation and maintenance is that of collaboration. When you create a collaboration, you are, essentially, leveraging the other person’s time/talents/energy (as they are leveraging yours) so that, together, you can create an outcome that’s bigger, faster, or more significant than either of you could create on your own. Creating collaborative relationships can quickly propel your business to new places and, too, can be really fun- lessening the isolation of small business/solo-entrepreneurship. If you’re ready to move further, and faster, begin to create collaborative relationships. 2005 would be a great year to start.
